Children’s Day: Youth Development Commissioner Congratulates Young Ones

Anambra State’s Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Agha Mba has sent his felicitation to children and youth of Anambra State.
In his congratulatory message to the young ones, he expressed deep appreciation to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo for being a very outstanding children-friendly and pro-youth leader with deep fatherly care.
He cited the programs of Prof. Soludo’s Solution Government in Anambra State such as the free ante-natal in public hospitals; free basic education in public schools; active infrastructure developments in the state’s primary and secondary schools; employment of over eight thousand teachers so far for primary and secondary schools in the state; among others as outstanding facts of the government’s favour and passion for the youngsters.
According to the Commissioner the fact that Anambra State’s pupils and basic schools have consistently won regional, national and international laurels in academic contests buttress the government’s keenness for the betterment of the state’s youngsters.
Further, he cited the success of such initiatives as the ‘One Youth Two Solutions’ which has trained at least, 5000 youths in contemporary skills and on establishing small and medium scale businesses among others as examples of the keenness of the Solution Government on empowering the young ones.
He therefore urged Anambra State’s youngsters to take opportunity of the various empowerment programs of his ministry as well as the local, national and global partnership the government has recently formed with notable international agencies for the betterment of ndi Anambra, particularly, young ones.
